Welcome to Holistic Nutrition & Wellness, I'm Kathy!

My personal health journey began long before my diagnosis of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis back in 2019.
Looking back, I can now recognize the warning signs I once overlooked. But rather than dwell on what I didn’t know then, I choose to focus on what I can do now - and how I can help others do the same.
Since 2019, I’ve discovered how much power we truly have over our health through the choices we make. Simple shifts in nutrition, supplementation, medication, lifestyle, mindset and working with a comprehensive wellness team (doctors and wellness professionals) helped me regain my health - and today, most, if not all of my symptoms are gone.

That transformation became the spark that fueled my deeper interest in holistic nutrition. I wanted to understand why the changes I made worked so well - and that curiosity has driven me to learn, experiment, and grow. In many ways, I’ve been my own best case study.

I’ve worked in healthcare for over 20 years and currently serve as a Senior Project Manager at a healthcare facility. I’ve also been recently become a board Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant as well as a Certified Metabolic Balance coach so I can continue to support myself and others through a more integrative, whole-body approach to wellness.

If you’re navigating thyroid issues or simply looking to feel more energized and aligned in your body, I want you to know - you’re not alone. I’m here to share what I’ve learned, continue learning with you, and help you find practical, nourishing ways to support your health.
